Based on the characteristics of domestic polluted soils, Jereh developed a washing equipment that meets the needs of domestic contaminated soil treatment. This equipment adopts a special process to reduce the amount of contaminated soil, realize the resource of clean soil, reduce the amount of contaminated soil, and save the treatment cost. The plant is mainly used for heavy metals and semi-volatile and non-volatile organic pollutant soils. It can be selected for centralized station or skid-mounted design, and is suitable for different working places such as rivers, factories and lakes.
The original washing process is improved, and the maximum processing capacity can reach 100t/h, which is at the first level in China.
The equipment adopts multi-stage screening and can reach up to 6 screening stages to meet different screening requirements of contaminated soil. After treatment, the contaminated soil can be reduced by 90%.
The equipment adopts modular design and flexible layout, reducing on-site fixed assets investment.
The equipment adopts PLC intelligent control system, which is stable in operation and can work continuously for 24h, which can improve work efficiency and reduce manual work intensity.
